Employment with Westworks

Westworks is dedicated to assisting people living with a mental illness enter back into the workforce.

Westworks does this by employing people living with a mental illness in a supportive environment to build their skills enough to re-enter the open employment field.

Westworks employees are paid award wages under the Miscellaneous Workers Union, and are covered by other benefits as open employment. The main difference is Westworks provides the support necessary to build the skills to be able to keep a job in open employment.
